VSP processing

With the RadExPro software, you can effectively process zero-offset, far-offset and walk-away VSP data.

Define survey geometry with the dedicated VSP Geometry module, properly accounting for borehole deviations. Use all three data components for 3C orientation analysis and rotation to make sure that full seismic vector responce is available for processing and imaging.

Process the data and make P- and S-wavefield separation using the exhaustive set of processing algorythms available. Flexible RadExPro processing flow editor will help to combine them in the way you need. You can always change anything in the processing parameters and get an updated result to compare just in a couple of minutes as the latest.

Interpret the data interactively to produce reliable velocity model using the Advanced VSP Dispay tool.

Separated up-going P-wavefield from zero-offset VSP data along with the corridor stack can be displayed  and compared to the surface sesimic section on one Screen Display pannel.

Migration and VSP-CDP transform of the offset-VSP data provides high-resolution images of the reflectors near the borehole to be compared with the surface seismic or synthetic data. Migrated offset-VSP sections from different shot points can be compared between each other on a 3D display.
